Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead and oversee a variety of construction projects across civil infrastructure, institutional, commercial, industrial (ICI), and residential sectors.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in construction management, with the ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to develop and execute project plans
Oversee estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and proactively addressing delays or risks
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project compliance
Lead procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality control
Manage project documentation and reporting using tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and challenges
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil, ICI, or residential construction
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex projects
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
