Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager-Residential, located in Pune. The role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising on-site activities to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are maintained. The Construction Project Manager will also play a critical role in problem-solving and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects within the set scope.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management to effectively oversee tasks and team operations.
• Strong expertise in Construction Project Management and Construction Management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to high standards.
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management to track project costs and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in managing residential construction projects and knowledge of local regulations is an asset.
