Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-level customer service throughout all phases of each project
Manage and coordinate trades on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Liaise directly with clients to ensure the scope of works is clearly understood and successfully achieved
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations on all job sites
Promote and maintain a safe working environment for all site personnel
Drive productivity and efficiency among subcontractors
Monitor and maintain quality standards across all project stages
Schedule trades and coordinate subcontractors upon project commencement
Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the business
Requirements:
A relevant Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or renovation industry
