Who we are:

INLINE is a Toronto based construction firm, specializing in single-family custom residential remodels, additions and new homes. We have over 20 years in the business and are proud of our consistent growth through the years and the professional team we have assembled.

Who we are looking for:

A Construction Project Manager that must be both a professional and personable leader, committed to the continued success of the organization.

Qualities, skills and background you bring:

A minimum of 7 years of experience in the local residential construction/development industry.

Completion of a Project Management, Construction, Building Technology Diploma or Architectural/Engineering Degree.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.

Excellent time management skills.

Work well under the pressure of tight deadlines.

Be highly organized with an ability to focus on attention to detail.

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, field drawings and plans.

A solid understanding of all construction trades and construction techniques.

Effectiveness in the areas of construction safety and productivity.

Knowledge of local, provincial and federal workplace compliance regulations, ordinances and legislation.

Results-oriented individual with the ability to interpret and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities and time lines.

Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and related Building Codes.

Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in written form and with all types of staff, including laborers, technical, professional, and upper management.

Some of what you would be doing:

Material procurement.

Create Sub–Contractor agreements.

Daily field management.

Manage supervisors and other site staff.

Maintain all logs.

Prepare, maintain, update and report on schedules.

Maintain safety standards.

Attend meetings with Architects, Owners, Sub-Trades and Staff.

Document control.

Oversee all fiscal aspects of the project.

Creation of deficiency and punch lists.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
