Description:
HRI Group (Heritage Restoration Inc.) is looking for experienced, self-motivated individuals for a Field Superintendent for Concrete/Masonry Restoration Projects in the Halifax Area. The position will involve communication, evaluation and management of site crew, sub-contractors for various sites in the Calgary Area.
Candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience as a Superintendent in this restoration sector.
Exceptional compensation available in the form of a salary plus incentive-based structure. Will work with a team-oriented group of highly motivated, hardworking, intelligent individuals.
Required Experience:
-Extensive experience in management and supervision of restoration projects.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating movement/procurement of materials and equipment between sites
-Coordinating and organizing movement of Manpower between sites
- Managing and Evaluating Foreman, Site crew and Sub-Contractors
- Following direction and Implementing instructions from Project Manager
- Management of Quality of Work, Site Safety, Site Efficiency / Productivity
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
