Commercial Construction | Ground‑Up & Renovation ProjectsA well-established commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of work is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent who is open to traveling to project sites (Florida travel & Central / East Coast Travel) as needed. This GC also has several local South Florida projects. This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys working on diverse projects, takes pride in field leadership, and is comfortable being hands‑on across multiple locations.
The Role
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through project close‑out
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with local codes
• Maintain project schedules and resolve field issues efficiently
• Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to deliver successful projects
• Travel to project sites based on workload and project needs
What They're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a GC
• Background in commercial construction (ground‑up, renovations, or both)
• Strong understanding of scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site safety
• Comfortable traveling for work (travel support provided)
• Proactive, self‑motivated leader with strong communication skills
What’s On Offer
• $100K - $120k Base
• Per Diem $60 per day + truck or allowance (Travel Only) and hotel.
• Per Diem and lodging for travel
• 90% Healthcare Covered
• $50 Gym Membership
• 401k
