Job Summary:
The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
Monitor labor productivity and work progress
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials
2. Planning & Execution
Plan daily work schedule as per project timeline
Track work progress and report to management
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Resolve on-site issues and bottlenecks
3. Quality Control
Ensure construction quality as per standards
Check material quality before use
Inspect work before handover to next stage
Maintain quality checklists and reports
4. Safety Compliance
Ensure safety rules are followed at site
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Monitor use of PPE by workers
Report any safety incidents immediately
5. Coordination
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and vendors
Communicate work requirements to site team
Follow up for materials and equipment
Maintain proper workflow at site
6. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily progress report (DPR)
Track labor attendance
Maintain material consumption records
Report delays and issues to management
Required Skills:
Strong site supervision skills
Knowledge of construction drawings
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of safety standards
Problem-solving ability
Team handling capability
Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
OR
Relevant construction site experienceExperience:
3–8 years in construction/site supervision
Experience in commercial / residential projects preferred

Leadership
Time management
Attention to detail
Decision making
Team coordination
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Udaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
