The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, managing on-site workers, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, the Construction Supervisor will handle resource planning, conflict resolution, and report progress to senior management regularly.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
