About the Role
We are seeking a high‑calibre Construction Supervisor to deliver multiple residential projects across the Adelaide metropolitan area. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong leadership on site, exceptional attention to detail, and a proven ability to drive build programs while maintaining quality, safety, and stakeholder satisfaction.
You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end supervision of residential builds—from slab to handover—ensuring homes are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
This role will suit an experienced Residential Supervisor who takes genuine pride in their work and understands that quality, compliance, and communication are non‑negotiables in today’s market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily on‑site construction of multiple residential homes
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Ensure all builds comply with NCC, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements
Maintain construction programs and drive progress to meet key milestones
Conduct quality inspections and defect management at all stages
Liaise effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients
Maintain accurate site documentation, photos, and reporting
Proactively identify and resolve construction issues before delays occur
Ensure consistent site presentation and professional conduct
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in residential building
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
Sound understanding of NCC, building codes, and site safety requirements
Excellent organisational and time‑management skills
Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with trades, management, and clients
A detail‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
White Card (mandatory)
Trade background or qualifications in building/construction will be highly regarded.
