About the opportunity:
The Construction Support Coordinator is part of the Weeks Homes Construction team and reports to the State Building Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide day to day admin support and guidance to Construction teams to help them meet targets and deadlines. More specifically, you will:
Monitor and maintain the Construction inbox and enquire enquires are handled promptly
Prepare key reports to track claims, progress, and team performance.
Review plans and documents for accuracy and compliance.
Create and maintain job files to support Site Managers.
Liaise with councils, engineers, and other external stakeholders to follow up required documentation.
Work with Site Managers, Area Managers, and leadership to improve systems and processes.
Monitor and record daily leave and absenteeism for the department.

About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will:
Experience in administration, including scheduling/coordinating
Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and provide clear updates.
Knowledge of building/construction processes is an advantage, but not essential.
A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
