Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
Perform caulking and stucco applications as needed.
Support flooring installation by preparing subfloors and laying down materials accurately.
Collaborate with carpenters on framing and other structural tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations.
Framing decks and installing decking.
Interior and exterior painting
Ladder work
Skills
Experience in flooring installation, including laminate, tile, or hardwood.
Carpentry skills for framing, installation, or repair work are highly desirable.
Painting interior and exterior latex and enamel.
General hand tool use power and manual.
