Your Role
As a consultant, you’re the face of Mprise for customers. You’ll lead the successful implementation and optimization of Agriware, helping clients achieve their goals and drive innovation.
This requires a deep understanding of the client’s needs and how Agriware can meet them. You’ll unravel their processes, challenge their perspectives, and surprise them with your insights. Your expertise in the market, customer business processes, and Agriware’s potential will be your tools for success.
Our customers want their IT solutions to be efficient, user-friendly, and future-proof. As an Agriware consultant, you’ll serve as their trusted advisor, sparring partner, and source of knowledge. Whether working remotely or on-site, you’ll tailor your approach to suit both your strengths and client needs.
Your key responsibilities
• Conducting gap-fit analyses and documentation.
• Analyzing processes and requirements, often through workshops with key users.
• Guiding and training key users to ensure they can confidently use the software post-implementation.
• Writing specifications for software modifications.

We are looking for an experienced colleague with:
• Bachelor’s degree education or equivalent working and thinking ability.
• Extensive experience with ERP software.
• A background in or affinity with the horticultural sector.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
