Your key responsibilities as a Consultant will be to
Lead role in execution of projects (project delivery) at times multiple clients. Assume independent responsibility for smaller clients
Manage client personnel
Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from the Partner /Manager
Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge
Actively support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation
Create and manage good independent relationships with clients
Build broad networks within the firm locally and internationally
Demonstrate industry / solution expertise
Skills and attributes for success
To deliver short-term and long-term client projects across business strategy (including go-to-market strategies), operations transformation, payments portfolio management, etc.
Expertise in areas such as business planning and financial modelling, new product/ service development, implementation of payment products including rollouts and enhancements
The candidate may be responsible for assisting with RFP creation, vendor evaluation and selection
Experience in project/ program management, digital transformation, and payment ecosystem partnerships
Develop solutions to aid revenue enhancement and cost optimization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
Ability to develop/ customize solutions relevant to client
Problem solving, data and financial analysis
To qualify for the role you must have
MBA from Premier Institute
1 to 3 years of relevant post-MBA experience – with top-tier consulting firms or leading banks in the payments business (issuing/acquiring), Payment Networks or FinTech, with an MBA and an undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution
Prior experience in payments or consulting with a deep understanding of the dynamic Indian payments market is a must
Base Location and Travel : Mumbai
