Location: Corporate Office & Manufacturing Sites
Experience: > 5 years of experience preferred (corporate or clinical)
Education: MBBS / MD with valid registration

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted, approachable health advisor, encouraging early reporting of health concerns and providing timely guidance and referrals
• Coordinate doctor appointments, specialist consultations, and hospital visits for employees as required
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential medical records of employees and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Support preventive care, fitness, nutrition & mindfulness initiatives
• Coordinate employee health check-ups and maintain records
• Support HR in developing health-friendly workplace policies
• Help foster a culture of health awareness and well-being across the organization
• Promote a culture where performance and well-being grow hand in hand
Skills and Knowledge
• Empathetic, communicative, and passionate about preventive healthcare
• Open to flexible / part-time engagement
• Connect genuinely with employees and understand their health concerns
• Introduce new ideas or programs to improve employee wellness
