Salary: 15k - 20k + Unlimited Incentives

Key responsibilities:
Consumer Behavior Expertise: Utilize a sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior, with a particular focus on the student demographic, to inform and guide business development strategies.
Target Achievement: Demonstrate unwavering enthusiasm and a relentless work ethic to achieve and exceed business targets set by the organization.
Pipeline Contribution: Consistently meet and surpass pipeline contribution goals to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Lead Management: Respond promptly and efficiently to assigned leads, ensuring a high level of engagement and follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
Advocacy for Practical Learning: Develop a compelling narrative and value proposition for practical learning solutions offered.
Consultative Selling: Advise and counsel prospective student-parent pairs, offering tailored recommendations that position as the ideal solution for their educational needs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, providing regular updates and reports to management.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using this knowledge to enhance business development strategies.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree in a relevant discipline may be advantageous.
Experience:
Proven track record of at least 6 months in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and pipeline contribution goals. Freshers with good communications skills are also welcome.
