Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of frontend web applications using React.
• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain user-facing features with high-quality code and performance.
• Backend Team Collaboration: Ability to work with different backend technology teams (e.g., Node.js, Laravel, Python) based on project assignment.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and a seamless user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality, including code reviews and best practices.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our frontend solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of completed projects using React.
Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Strong understanding of frontend development principles and best practices.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zu stand, MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred: Experience with performance optimization, responsive design (Tailwind CSS), and cross-browser compatibility.
