Responsibilities include developing designs for various mediums, such as Articulate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Vyond, AI. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with industry trends, take ownership of projects from concept to completion, and maintain brand consistency across all design assets. A strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design are essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and create compelling visual assets that align with our objectives and brand identities
• Develop designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and e-learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and timelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all design assets
Requirements
• Graduation in any stream or related field
• Proven experience 0f 03 - 06 years as a Graphic Designer, creative studio environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), MS Office 365, Articulate 360, AI videos
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional designs
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with eLearning design and development
• This is a contractual role for 6 months with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
