Job Responsibilities:
Primary:
To handle Civil and Criminal Litigations, Arbitration proceedings, Tribunals NCLT etc.
Drafting, vetting of petitions, replies, written statements, rejoinder, writ petitions, miscellaneous applications, written submissions etc.,
Legal Notices, Show Cause Notices etc.
Drafting Legal Opinions
Secondary:
Also to handle M&A transactions, review of tenders; reviewing and vetting of agreements, bank guarantees etc.
AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:
To Have good large industries background
Proficient in drafting agreements, contract, legal notices, written statements, appeals, case papers, affidavits, etc. for legal proceedings.
Resourceful with the ability to assess the legal issues and achieve results.
Well versed with Arbitrations, Commercial Laws, Administrative Law, Criminal Laws, Consumer Laws, etc.
Expertise in drafting/vetting pleadings, performing legal research for litigation/ non-litigation matters & providing expert advice.
Effective communication skill maintaining cordial business relations with internal and external agencies.
