Job Description
Ensure adequate & suitable resources to complete the Project (People / Material / Equipment etc.)
Ensure End to End Project Management starting from Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling to Closure.
Coordination with Suppliers (Equipment, OFC and Other materials) for timely supply of deliverables on sites.
Coordination with all Executing Agencies, State Heads, Partners, CPSUs for timely execution of Project.
Skills :
Periodic review with all Project Stakeholders to drive the project and target achievement.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Ensure complete documentation of Project offline and online (via PM Tools, Primavera, Ms-Access & Mobile App).
Measure Project performance / Quality standards using appropriate tools & techniques.
Qualifications :
Must be a BCA/MCA /M.Sc Computer Science with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Experience :
minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Others :
Executive MIS reporting (Excel/PowerPoint/Dash Boards) as and when required.
Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum productivity
Maintain relationship with partners / vendors / clients.
Develop detailed internal project plan / schedule to track the progress.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
