Make an impact, learn fast, and have fun doing it.

We’re looking for a confident, curious, and can-do Consultant to join our Resource Management team. You don’t need to have all the skills yet, we’ll support you to build them. What we’re looking for is someone ready to jump in, get involved, and grow quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll walk into:
A genuinely fun and supportive team that knows how to get things done
A role full of variety, no two days are the same
Great onboarding and hands-on training to help you build confidence and capability quickly
A collaborative culture where everyone pitches in, supports each other, and celebrates progress

What will your typical day look like?

This internal role is all about enabling the business to thrive through great people planning. You’ll support scheduling decisions, help shape career pathways, and provide insights that link people to performance.

You’ll play a key role in helping the business make smarter decisions about its people, align capability with demand, and drive profitability demonstrating how Resource Management delivers commercial outcomes.

We’ll help you develop a strong foundation in resource management, from planning and scheduling to commercial thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data interpretation. You’ll gain deep insight into how people, projects, and profit intersect and build a skill set that sets you up for a rewarding internal career.

We’d love to hear from you if you;

Are organised, confident, and proactive
Enjoy working with people and aren’t afraid to have a go
Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
Are keen to learn, take initiative, and grow within a supportive team
Want to be part of a function that helps shape how the business works and develops its people

About the team

Experience working with data, preparing, interpreting and drawing insights
Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
A sharp eye for detail, strong organisation skills, and a proactive mindset
