Job Title: Training Video Developer

Location: Mumbai/Pune

Shift Timing: General (10:30am to 7:30pm)

About the Role: As a Training Video Developer, you will create engaging video content to train our employees. You will transform complex information into visually appealing presentations and micro modules that enhance learning and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Work with subject matter experts to develop video concepts that convey learning objectives. Create clear and engaging visual narratives from technical or complex information.
• Video Production: Record, edit, and produce high-quality video and audio content using industry-standard software and equipment. Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats.
• Quality Assurance: Check video content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding and style guidelines. Implement feedback to refine video content.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and project milestones. Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and video production. Suggest improvements to video content and production processes.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Video Developer, Video Editor, or similar role, with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficiency in video editing software and audio editing tools.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
