About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality, interactive Tableau dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to business users.
Implement robust row-level security (RLS) and permissions to ensure users access only the data they are authorized to see.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and business stakeholders to design and deploy scalable Tableau dashboards.
Optimize dashboard performance through best practices in data modelling, extracts, and visualization techniques.
Maintain and enhance existing Tableau dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and consistency.
Document processes, design decisions, and standards to ensure alignment across teams.
Stay up-to-date with Tableau's latest features and recommend new capabilities to improve the user experience.
Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience developing Tableau dashboards in a fast-paced environment.
Proven expertise in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud, including publishing workbooks, data source management, and setting user permissions.
Strong experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) in Tableau, with an understanding of best practices for user permissions and data governance.
Deep understanding of data visualization principles and UX/UI design, with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, insightful visuals.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (e.g., Snowflake).
Experience working with large datasets and optimizing dashboard performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in industries such as sustainability, economics, or finance.
Familiarity with data security and compliance frameworks.
Tableau certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional).
