Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - ServiceNow - Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai
The opportunity
EY is looking for Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop application on the Now Platform to meet business requirements, including implementation of client scripts, business rules, workflows and custom Service Portal widgets
• Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
• Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
• Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
• Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
• Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
• Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
• Perform application testing
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
To qualify for the role you must have
• Experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM, HAM, SAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other custom application development
• Qualification- Graduate degree
• Minimum of 4 to 10 Years experience in ServiceNow development
• Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
• ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS for any of the modules)
• Certified Application Developer
Ideally you’ll also have
• Strong communication skills, both (written and verbal)
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
