We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
Principal responsibilities
Automation expert will perform the following activities:
• Understand the business requirements, UI design, Web based applications.
• Define and own automation strategy
• Understand and improve current Selenium – cucumber based automation framework
• Improve in-sprint and regression test coverage leveraging automation expertise.
• Automation of regression suite to enable single click unattended pipeline based executions.
• Responsible for automating the continuous integration / continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement Identify opportunities to automate / integrate within the Deployment and Release Management processes, and feedback.
• Contribute to technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code quality.
• Automation of APIs & Microservices.
• Create an environment which anticipates risk, ensuring action is taken to quantify and mitigate them.
• Help support, coach and manage vendor resources as the requirement be
• Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service’s direction.
• Work with both FT team and other cross functional teams to plan and execute tests using the latest UI/Backend/Mobile/API test automation technologies, processes and tools to deliver frequently, safely and efficiently for millions of customers.
• Lead and drive the test automation discipline within the cross functional teams, ensuring best practice is shared.
• Conduct automated system, integration and acceptance testing, writing both manual and automated test scripts, delivering quality driven applications in line with test strategies.

• Hands on automation expert with 8–10 years of experience within which alteast 5-6 years of experience leading automation team for web application.
• Expertise Selenium-Cucumber and Integrated development environment like Eclipse or Intellij
• Good knowledge of keyword driven automation framework
• Good Knowledge of rest assured and page factory
