Job description:
• In-depth understanding of the client's requirements and clearly translating the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for the successful execution of the project within the timeline and budget
• Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.
• Ensuring quality control of external resources-manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.
• Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event
• Oversee the budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.
• Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.
• Working closely with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client's & Internal team requirement.
• Ability to manage Big size events on one's own as well as being able to direct a team.
Desired Skills:
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Project planning and execution
• Industry Knowledge
• 7-8 years of work expereince in the event managemetn industry
Timings: daily reporting to the office as per office timings & should be ok for flexible late working hours during events.
Duration: Immediate till 13th December 2026
