The Team As a member of the Operations Transformations - Financial Services team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. We work in conjuncture with various financial institutions solving key business problems across a broad spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change. Work you'll do You will work in teams led by partners with colleagues and clientele belonging to financial services industry to develop innovative operating solutions by bringing in a broad perspective. As part of these engagements, you will develop a deep understanding of client issues, work in teams to build robust and executable solutions and articulate effectively to the client stakeholders. Skills Required Candidates with hands-on experience of core banking migration and implementation Have worked on core banking platforms such as Temenos, Flexcube, and Finacle. Experience in Temenos will be preferred.
