We’re looking for a visionary Business Consultant who can see the big picture of where financial technology is headed and is passionate about solving complex business/technology problems. This is a high-growth and big opportunity role that needs an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have ownership and responsibility for managing the delivery of key consulting assignments while leading multi-functional internal and external teams.
What You Will Do
• Deliver consulting assignments
• Work with business consulting assignments independently or as part of cross-functional teams across regions.
• Take up a range of roles within retail and digital banking from process consulting, functional consulting, technology blueprint design and strategy, business analysis, and program management
• Experienced in all phases of the Project Development Life Cycle: Business Analysis, and GAP analysis. Portfolio Performance Management and Project Finance Management across Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Delivery
• Proficient in creating Requirements documentation and elicitation from varied geographical teams and banks (BRDs/FRDs)
• Preferably Agile experience - EPIC/User story writing vis tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Strong experience in retail and digital banking, and experience in leading core banking solutions, BPM tools, and CRM systems is desirable.
• Practice Development
• Conceive and create a consulting point of view, accelerators, and solutions for Retail Banking that are relevant in the current digital era.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and work with the senior leadership team in supporting business development activities
