Position: Consumer Banking Lead / Architect - Java Fullstack
Consumer Banking Lead / Architect / Engineering Manager - Java Full Stack
Candidate with Strong experience in Consumer Banking with
hands-on
technology and who has managed a good team size of more than +0 members, and good experience in handling multiple projects in Web and mobile applications. B2C experience in web/mobile building out consumer experiences along with microservices will be a plus point. Strong exposure to Solution Architecture and in-depth knowledge of TOGAF and Enterprise Architecture framework.

10+ years’ of software development and software architecture experience working within a bank
Extensive experience leading engineering solutions, with a current understanding of stack and common projects
8+ years of proven delivery track record
Will manage a team size of more than +0+ members
The person has to have “had” front-end/consumer product engineering experience…mobile, UI. While this person will not be
hands-on
from a technology perspective (i.e., not coding, etc.), they need to understand how to direct the team in developing these products
Work with the engineering team to make sure the solutions are developed as designed and help solve issues that may come up during the development process
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Should be able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes.
Extensive experience in JAVA/J2EE stack, Micro Service
Extensive knowledge of building and designing Rest API, API Gateway, and API Standards.
Extensive knowledge of Micro-services, Web services, and Integration styles.
Experience in building end-to-end Cloud Architecture on GCP, AWS, or Azure with a preference for GCP.
Hands-on experience
on Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring Batch
Experience in various kinds of Databases SQL/No
SQL/Graph
Hands-on experience
with Redis (Caching Mechanism)
Hands-on
development, Dev Ops, and Agile delivery skills.
Knowledge of CI/CD is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Knowledge of an Enterprise Architecture framework, e.g., TOGAF, Zachman (Preferred)
Understanding of messaging platforms like Kafka, MQ, and Solace.

work with senior stakeholders and various business parties and drive all business discussions.
A track record of making complex business decisions with authority, even in times of ambiguity, considering the potential long-term risks and implications.
Built effective networks both internally and externally and created opportunities for others to work collaboratively.
