About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Effectively manage complex complaints to contribute to effective patient experience and outcome management across the CKW.
Manage high level patient experience and feedback management strategies across CKW in the pursuit of excellence in delivering patient experience outcomes.
Apply the latest evidence and judgement in advising and influencing senior managers and other stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and contribute to improved service quality and delivery.
