Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our laser scanning and reality capture business. Involved will be a combination of sales, lead management, customer communication, and digital marketing activities to help expand our client base and online presence.
We want someone who is authentic, curious and enjoys working across both sales and marketing. You’ll need to be confident communicating with clients and is interested in being a key part of growing a young developing technology-focused business.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up leads via phone and email
Booking projects and coordinating enquiries
Manage and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
Manage email marketing campaigns and client outreach
Maintain and update customer records and lead tracking systems
Promote completed projects and services
Help improve brand presence, online engagement, and customer communication

What to Expect
$35-45 per hour base – paid fortnightly, guaranteed
Uncapped commission- $60 for each day booked.
Earnings capped entirely by how good you are and how much you’re willing to put in.
Part-Time (3 Days a week) – Weekdays only but you get to choose which days. Potential for a Full-Time contract for the right person.
Melbourne based role, flexible working arrangements - work remotely/ office available
