Position for Mumbai Office
M.R. Technofin is seeking a Consultant Analyst to support the firm’s business development, project coordination and management activities. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure Advisory, this will be a full-time permanent position based in Mumbai, India.
We are looking for candidates at any level. Below are ideal qualifications and experiences of the candidate. We do not expect a candidate to have all of the below and as such, please do not hesitate to apply even if you do not meet some of the below criteria
Responsibilities
Support and eventually lead the full business development cycle from responding to Requests for Expressions of Interest through to Requests for Proposal as well as a variety of other business development initiatives for both Indian and international opportunities
Brainstorming innovative solutions towards improving business development processes
Partnership search and outreach
Other activities as may be required to grow the firm’s international business (Africa, Asia, North America) including (but not limited to) helping identify potential future candidates, supporting administrative requirements, etc.
Based on proven performance, support consulting projects including team building, undertaking consultations and qualitative/quantitative analyses, developing presentations, etc.
Project Manager/ Project Coordinator on identified projects
Qualifications and Experience
Have a minimum 3-years of engineering and/or management consulting experience in infrastructure or the built environment
Have international consulting experience including working with funding agencies such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and African Development Bank
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, commerce, finance or economics. Candidates with a Master’s degree/ MBA will be given priority. Candidates with a combined educational background in engineering and commerce are ideal
Ability to clearly and concisely disseminate complex information in English (both written and oral)
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in different time zones
High proficiency in common software packages such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel as well as communication tools such as Skype and WhatsApp
SKILLS

Auto CAD
Structural Designing (added Advantage)
Good English – Reading and Drafting Mail

Salary
M.R. Technofin offers competitive salaries commensurate with the individual’s educational qualifications and work experience. Furthermore, the selected candidate will be offered a predefined performance pay based on achieving certain business development targets following a probationary period
