Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Manager to join our team at Flipkart. As a Work from Home Contact Center Manager based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our contact center remotely. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of remote customer service representatives
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure the contact center is meeting its goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and feedback
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Presentation skills and the ability to cooperate with others
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
