Contact Center Representative
DESCRIPTION
Cummins is looking for a Customer Representative to complete our Customer Center team in Canada.
This position provides routine support to customers, including end-users, distributors, and/or dealers, seeking information through various mediums, under limited supervision
In this role, you will have the following impacts:
Document customer request information in the appropriate Cummins systems.
Provide prompt assistance to customers using various means of communication.
Multi-skill/multi-channel support (chat/email/phone).
Solve common customer problems with a basic understanding of Cummins processes, systems, and practices.
Escalates unusual issues by providing documentation throughout the process.
Understand new and existing Cummins processes, systems and practices.
Make suggestions on how existing processes can be more efficient or customer-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Diplomas-certifications :• High School Diploma
Experience:
Requires relevant work experience; Prior technical and/or customer service experience is required.
Bilingual French/English (written and spoken) is required for this position
Having previous experience in this industry and customer service is a must
Some knowledge of the different industries we work with (marine, automotive, industrial, power generation, etc.) as a whole is an asset.
You should be able to :
Establish a professional relationship with your customers to increase loyalty to Cummins products.
Understand contact center policies and procedures.
Be comfortable with a variety of software.
Previous experience in this industry and customer service is a must.
Some knowledge of the different industries we work with (maritime, automotive, industrial, power generation, etc.) is an overall asset.
About the position:
This is a 100% remote position (must reside in Canada)
Work schedule from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday (Eastern Time)
Salary starting at $55,000 per year
