• Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions with prospective and existing customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly identify customer issues, provide solutions, or escalate issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of upGrad’s courses, services, and processes to effectively provide information and guidance to customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for reporting and customer tracking.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, sharing insights with the operations team to enhance overall customer experience.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and achieve individual performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution times.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services.

• Requirements:
• Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Personality Traits:
- Motivated: Demonstrates a strong drive to meet targets and return high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Independent: Capable of working with minimal supervision, while being able to self-manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Soft Skills:
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to recognize, understand, and manage both your emotions and those of others, enabling effective communication and relationship building with customers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide practical solutions to customer inquiries.
• Technical Skills:

- Comfortable with virtual communication tools and platforms, including video conferencing software.
• Additional Skills:
