Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contact Center Sr. to join our team at Advanced Hair Studio in New Delhi, India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following up with customers via telephone or email, scheduling appointments, and providing information about company services and products.

They will also manage inquiries, record requests in given forms, software, and web portals, and continue product education to better serve customer calls.

The ideal candidate will have one or more years of experience in telesales, strong customer service and telesales skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and superior closing skills are essential.
