Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyd / Remote
Technical Skills & Proficiency
Summary :
• Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to design and develop CX and Collaboration solutions.
• Develop software using Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python to build robust and scalable applications.
• Utilize common databases (e.g., MS SQL and Oracle) within applications.
• Utilize expertise in Collaboration solutions such as UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), including platforms like Cisco, RingCentral, and Five+.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, to incorporate into development strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities and implement Cloud DevOps practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
• 5 to 7 years experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python with a strong understanding of software development principles.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into enterprise-grade solutions.
• Familiarity with Collaboration solutions, specifically UCaaS or CCaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Collaboration IVR development, custom reports, ICM.
• Knowledge of RPA solutions and their integration into software applications.
• Exposure to AI technologies and Cloud DevOps practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
We would like to meet with candidates who can talk about their Java and Python skills related to activities like :
• Automating implementation tasks for better efficiency
• Customizations of agent desktops for Cisco, Five+, Zoom, and others.
• Integration to the customer CRMs like Salesforce or ServiceNow or other 3rd party applications
• Develop custom features for our customers UC / CCaaS solutions (for Cisco, Five+, Zoom, and others)
• Ensuring security for solutions we develop
