Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center/BPO Associate located in Mumbai. The Contact Center/BPO Associate will be responsible for providing excellent guest and customer service, handling reservations, and effectively communicating with clients. Daily tasks include answering guest inquiries, processing reservations, assisting with customer service issues, and documenting interactions in a customer service database.

Qualifications

• Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills

• Proficiency in handling Reservations

• Excellent Communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the BPO sector is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
