Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to our valued customers for service bookings.
• Handle inbound overflow calls and help allocate work for our dealerships.
• A balanced mix of 50% outbound and 50% inbound calls – no hard sales, just helping customers!
• Perform admin duties, including updating vehicle details and assisting with inbox management.
• Solve problems and provide exceptional support to customers and service advisors.
