The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Copywriter to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for translating the technical specifications of our apparel and equipment into engaging, accessible, and brand-aligned content.
Your Responsibilities
Craft clear, engaging copy for web, packaging, in-store materials, and training resources
Bridge the gap between design and customers – translate complex product specs into easy-to-understand content
Ensure compliance & accuracy – align product information with external brand guidelines (Polartec, Pertex, Bluesign, RDS)
Manage product data – maintain a master product information database, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Product, Marketing, Digital, and Wholesale teams
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience in technical writing, product copywriting, or a similar role – within the Outdoor industry is an advantage
A knack for breaking down complex information into clear, engaging copy
Strong stakeholder management – ability to work with designers, marketers, and product developers
Exceptional attention to detail – ensuring product claims are accurate and compliant
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
