As Content and Community Manager, you’ll shape storytelling and community initiatives, enhancing our global presence and deepening authentic connections, particularly for ZOLEO.


What You'll Do
Craft strategic narratives. Define and implement content marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement across digital channels.
Grow a vibrant community. Lead ZOLEO community-building initiatives, including storytelling, social campaigns, and cause-driven partnerships that unite users around adventure, safety, resilience, and giving back.
Innovate with Gen AI. Leverage generative AI tools and vibe marketing techniques to enrich content production, streamline workflows, and deliver impactful, personalized storytelling.
Amplify user stories. Source and elevate compelling user-generated content and customer stories, fostering a sense of community and authentic brand advocacy.
Lead influencer partnerships. Coordinate with influencers and media partners, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing campaign impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with marketing, sales, customer care, and product teams to align content strategies with broader business goals.
Analyze and optimize. Monitor content performance through analytics, apply SEO best practices, and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
Manage editorial operations. Oversee content calendars, editorial schedules, and digital content libraries.

Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
10+ years in content marketing and community management, ideally within telecom, consumer electronics, outdoor/adventure, or related technology sectors.
Demonstrated success crafting and executing content strategies that drive measurable engagement, lead generation, and community growth.
Proven expertise writing for both B2B and B2C audiences, especially in safety-oriented or adventure-focused industries.
Hands-on experience designing community programs, influencer initiatives, or grassroots campaigns.
Proficiency with generative AI for content creation and vibe marketing to enhance brand storytelling.
Advanced skills with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, HTML/CSS, and social media platforms.
Strong SEO knowledge, content optimization capabilities, and experience with keyword research.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret content performance data and drive actionable insights.
Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong technical competencies in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Publisher is advantageous.
Nice-to-Have
Previous experience within connectivity, IoT, or satellite communications.
Familiarity with API-driven content distribution and integration processes.
