The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating and posting original digital content across various social media platforms for various brands
Your role includes, but is not limited to:
Regular Posting on the social media accounts of brands.Developing social media strategy.Hashtag research.Monthly calendar making for posts and stories.Caption making.Identifying current trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns.Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.Working on content curation for the monthly calendar.Edit and publish engaging content for various social networks.Optimize social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience's behaviours.Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages, in time and accurately - replying to comments and DMs.Keep track of competitors of existing brands.Draft, respond and keep track of emails.Keep track of daily tasks.
Requirements:
Proficiency in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Etc).Experience in posting content over social media.Experience in making captions and content for posts.Fluency in speaking and writing English and Hindi.Should be good with social media management and client servicing.Conversational and written English fluency.
Expectations:
1. Candidate is available for an on-site work opportunity.
2. Can join immediately.
3. Candidate is available for a duration of a minimum of 1 year.
