Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Ubique Systems. As a Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality documentation that meets the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with SMEs and TPOs to develop content for Confluence pages, importing Confluence spaces to Madcap Flare, generating HTML5 and PDF outputs, and hosting the HTML5 content on an internal server. You will also work with editors to review grammar and style, and ensure the technical accuracy of the content.
Additionally, you will be responsible for checking-in documents such as Getting Started Guides, User Guides, Configuration Guides, Installation Guides, and HTML5 packages into Bitbucket, and testing the updated HTML output and context-sensitive help in the application.
This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of Madcap Flare, Confluence, MSTP Style Guide, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and video creation tools.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SMEs and TPOs to develop content, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
