Role Overview
As a Content & Branding Assistant, your job is to help tell the story of Alpha Zegus and its founder across platforms—especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and PR-worthy publications. This isn’t a traditional social media manager role; you’ll act more like a personal branding partner to the founder.
What You’ll Do
- Draft & publish 2-3 daily posts for the founder’s LinkedIn & Instagram (based on voice/tone guidance)
- Turn agency work/campaigns into bite-sized case studies and wins
- Help pitch and coordinate PR opportunities (podcasts, interviews, articles)
- Manage founder’s content calendar and ensure consistency
- Maintain a live tracker of published posts, engagements, and leads generated
- Occasionally repurpose content for the Alpha Zegus page to boost employer brand
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are:
- A content creator or copywriter with a love for storytelling and marketing
- A LinkedIn-native who knows what kind of content founders should post
- Quick, curious, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Someone who reads marketing trends, loves creators/gaming/startups
- Familiar with Notion, Google Docs, and social publishing tools
Bonus Points If You:
- Have helped other founders or agencies with personal branding
- Know basic PR or outreach (email drafting, journalist research, etc.)
- Are great at summarizing insights into carousels, captions, and post hooks
