What does the role involve?
Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in content migration while balancing daily CMS needs with program deliverables.
Providing guidance and training to team members on CMS utilization for content creation, editing, and management.
Conducting quality checks to align content with brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and overall strategy.
Working with content creators, designers, developers, and project managers to deliver a cohesive content experience across all platforms.
Addressing discrepancies or errors to maintain high content standards.
Acting as a subject matter expert in our new CMS, guiding the team in mastering the platform and managing content migration tasks.
Working closely with stakeholders to prioritize content tasks and champion best practices.
Developing a deep understanding of the new CMS platform to effectively manage and optimize content.
Who are we looking for?
Minimum 5+ years working with CMS platforms, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Copywriting skills are a plus.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Intermediate knowledge of web design and content management systems. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Monday.com and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
Certification or training in CMS or Contentful is a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital content coordination best practices.
