Content Coordinator
You’ll be teaming up with our Creative Director at My Mum Made It to make sure all our content—videos, posts, and everything in between—looks great and connects with our MMMI community. You’ll be key in keeping all of our content lively and on-trend, tweaking content based on how it performs, and helping us hit our marketing goals. You’ll also help build our community and keep our content fresh and engaging.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Collaborative Creation: Work closely with the Creative Director and other talent to create content that’s both visually appealing and strategically smart.
Content planning and organising: Create briefs, call sheets and everything needed to direct our campaign shoots according to ideas given from creative director.
Strategic Content Development and execution: Develop and execute content strategies across all our digital platforms, keeping in line with our brand and current trends.
Content Implementation: Oversee Content Calendars and make sure high-quality content is created and delivered on time.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain an engaged online community, encouraging interactions that boost brand loyalty.
Monitor and Report on Ad Content Performance: Team up with our ad specialists to craft content that performs well.
Performance Analysis: Keep a close eye on how content is doing and make tweaks to improve results.
Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and weave these insights into our content strategy.
Campaign Synchronisation: Ensure all campaigns are smoothly integrated across social platforms with a consistent brand message.
Any other tasks assigned relative to role.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar, plus experience in women’s fashion.
Creative genius with fresh, out-of-the-box ideas.
Solid background in content creation, social media strategy, and digital marketing.
Skilled in videography, photography, and editing, with a sharp eye for detail.
Great written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
A strong sense of style.
Excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple projects smoothly.
Self-starter who excels both independently and in team settings.
Proficient with social media platforms, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, analytics tools, and current digital trends.
