Job Description
As a Content & Copywriting Lead you will use your copywriting, creative and leadership skills to help our team deliver world class work, bring stories to life in order to create campaign deliverables for our global clients. You will report into the Creative Director and work with our freelance copywriters. You will be involved throughout the entire project from pitching, to briefing and concept stages right through to asset preparation & amends. You will balance utilising your copywriting skills with reviewing work from our freelance copywriters and guiding them throughout.

Must-have experience:
5+ years’ experience in copywriting in a creative or digital agency setting, with 3+ years in a senior management role.
Extensive experience with industry standard tools – Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
Experience in reviewing copy work, providing clear feedback and guidance to ensure high quality work is maintained.
Ability to produce copy solutions of the highest standard that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfil the objectives of the client brief.
Oversee and contribute to the creation of end-to-end projects, from concept copy through to creating final copy for clients.
Ability to problem solve when team members encounter project challenges.
Consistent record of successful project delivery, achieved through efficient team scoping and budget management.
Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to writers on copy outputs, incorporating insights from project briefs and client feedback.
Extensive experience conception and copywriting for digital campaigns and website experiences with an excellent understanding of the technical possibilities and the outer limits of digital production.
Direct client interaction experience with ability to understand and translate client vision into creative solutions.
Ability to motivate and support others in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
Proficient G-suite skills - Google Slides, Sheets, Documents & Drive.
