Key Responsibilities:
1. Reel Production:
• Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing reels for various social media platforms.
• Edit and enhance video content to align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
2. Content Ideation:
• Conduct thorough research to generate fresh and creative content ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content in the industry.
3. Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and post content across multiple social media channels.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, ensuring a positive and engaging community presence.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
4. Collaborative Projects:
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other content creators to produce cohesive and captivating content.
5. Brand Representation:
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.
• Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines and is in line with the brand’s objectives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and tools is a plus.
Education:
• A degree in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
