Job Description
We have an opportunity for a highly creative Content Creator to join our team. Working directly with the Social Media Manager and Creative Team, you will develop engaging, innovative content that resonates with our loyal community, across social media and other digital platforms.
The successful Content Creator will have a track record of creating engaging content for either a lifestyle, beauty, fashion or design brand - or on their own channel. As a key player in driving social media engagement and audience growth, the Content Creator will have a great balance of creative and analytical skills, with the ability to understand our community, translating performance data into actionable insights.
Your Day to Day
Develop, produce, and schedule daily content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Craft channel-specific content through engaging videos and imagery.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and teams to execute in-house content aligned with campaign briefs and business objectives.
Analyse industry trends, conduct market research, and use performance-based reporting to guide content creation strategies.
Manage community interactions on social media, responding to customer queries promptly.
Capture and edit real-time content at events.
Write compelling social captions.
Assist in coordinating monthly social content calendars and influencer briefs.
Your Skills
2+ years of social media experience with a focus on content creation and production.
Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and self-direct content creation.
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, design trends, and pop culture references.
Passion for style, design, and knowledge of the aspirational brand landscape.
Proficiency in video editing software and/or social media video editing tools.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Proficient copywriting skills maintaining brand voice and personality.
