We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Creator & Social Media Strategist with over 3 years of experience in creating engaging content and managing social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. The candidate will be responsible for creating innovative content that drives brand awareness and engagement while collaborating with our marketing team to enhance strategy and communicate our brand message effectively through social media. The ideal candidate should possess a strong creative vision, in-depth knowledge of social media best practices, and tools, with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for this role.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create dynamic content including reels, posts, and videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Develop and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and visual identities for projects in alignment with organizational goals and client objectives.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all creative deliverables, conducting regular reviews and revisions as necessary.
Manage social media content calendars, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to increase engagement and reach.
Maintain an active social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.
Stay informed about social media trends, updates, and new technologies to enhance content and strategy.
Develop relationships with influencers and other collaborators to expand our reach and influence across social media platforms.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the performance of social media initiatives, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Strategist, with a proven track record in enhancing brand presence and engagement through innovative social media content.
Proficiency in social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and familiarity with analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and brand aligned content.
High level of creativity and innovation in content creation, with experience in video editing and graphic design considered a plus.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and their application in content creation to maximize online visibility.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design tools is preferred.
