Job Description
Role Overview: As a Content Creator & Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
Finding actors/actresses for short social media ads (e.g., fun surprise or prank videos).
Organizing filming locations (such as cafes, restaurants, or outdoor spaces) if needed.
Directing simple scenes where actors pretend to react to gifts, express excitement, etc.
Coordinating filming schedules and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Creating short videos (usually less than 1 minute and 30 seconds) for social media, with a focus on authenticity and fun reactions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating on video concepts (you’ll often be given ideas, but creativity is welcome!).
Finding and managing actors/actresses for the videos.
Organizing and booking locations for filming if required.
Directing the actors during the shoot to capture authentic reactions and emotions.
Basic video editing (adding music, creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, etc.).
Work from home, with occasional visits to the office (location to be confirmed, approx. 10-20 mins from the city).
Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing, bubbly, and confident—you love working with people and directing them.
Experience with content creation (TikToks, Instagram Reels, etc.) and basic video editing.
A people person with great organizational skills who can juggle multiple tasks.
Comfortable taking charge and bringing fun ideas to life.
Flexible with work hours and highly efficient.

Payment of $3,000 AUD for every 10 completed videos. Some people finish within a week, while others may take a bit longer—the faster you complete the videos, the faster you earn! For example, we've had individuals complete the job in as little as 5 days or a week. If you worked 40 hours a week and finished within that time frame, it would equate to about $75 per hour. However, the payment remains the same at $3,000, whether you finish the work in a week, two weeks, or even a month—it's a flat rate for the 10 videos.
